Due to your concern for the future and for your family, we decided to manufacture sanitary masks.

Date: 12 November 2011
Report on: Suitability of Executive Relocation Services (ERS)

This report sets out to assess whether ERS meets Fenway's needs in relocatiing employess and families to Sydney, Australia.
ERS offers a comprehensive house search service including internet pre-viewing.
Although it has no partner employment services, ERS does place children in local schools. ERS also arranges all necessary documentation including entry visas and work permits and offers full packing, storage and shipping services. In addition, ERS can find you dog and cat relocation experts who deal with necessary vaccinations and other paperwork.
It was decided that ERS would fulfill most of our key needs and offers a high quality service. The costs also compare favourably whit competitors.
We would recommend that no further decision should be made until other companies have also been considered.

Amanda Ramane
Human Resources Manager.

Unethical things tourists might do or encourage on holiday.

       Holding Sea Turtles

Holding sea turtles causes stress in the animal and can result in severe injuries from being dropped. This hinders conservation efforts to save sea turtles from extinction.

        Elephants Painting

Paying to get art created by an elephant further supports cruel training methods and unnatural behavior. Elephants are forced to paint by applying strong pressure to parts of their ears and neck that are particularly sensitive, making it a stressful experience for them.

How to be an ethical tourist.

Try out the local language. A smile expresses kindness and respect and will go a long way if you can't speak the local language.

Find out about local cultures.

Try something new.

Look after the environment.

Leave wild animals in the wild.

Whether tourism could ever be truly considered ethical.
Yes. Although the concept is still new to most people, ethical tourism is quickly spreading across the travel industry as an ideal. At its core, an ethical tourist is someone who is aware of the consequences and privileges of their actions as a “visitor” on the local environment, whether that includes the local people, physical environment, or wildlife.

            MASS TOURISM

ADVANTAGES:

Local people benefit directly from employment for season

Transport facilities are developed (to accommodate the tourists, and also the local people also benefit from these)

The local tax base increases so the local government/council can invest in schools, healthcare and social services

Tourists introduce new values and cultures and learn about new cultures

DISADVANTAGES:

Jobs can be seasonal - especially in beach and skiing based resorts. People can therefore find themselves out of work in the close season

Tourists consume huge amounts of resources including food and water - this type of tourism is particularly unsustainable in this manner

Tourists introduce new values and cultures - this causes cultural pollution

Land is lost from farming to tourist developments.

I believe that mass tourism is important because it generates a considerable profit for those locations, but also because it brings financial benefits for some people (through seasonal jobs), but also relaxation (for tourists), thus the locality and the tourists are satisfied.
