In this case, prisons for the youth. After visiting her son Luis at the Preston youth prison, Haydee Amaya was puzzled to find him with oozing mosquito bites all over his face. This was due to him being sprayed by an irritating mace spray. Due to the unsanitary conditions of the jail, Luis' bites got infected.

  • Although these people are being contained, they are still subject to human rights and the way that they(specifically colored prisoners) are treated is unjust.
