The district has hired more ParaEds at 3.75 hours which is so unfair to our students. ParaEds communicate with CSEA in regards to how difficult it is for 1 or 2 ParaEds to care for 10 or more students with behavior issues.
Therefore, ParaEducators, will leave our District in record numbers.
