         <description><![CDATA[<p>When you feel overwhelmed you can always go for a drive if not you can always go for a walk, listening to music helps me a lot when I’m overwhelmed. Lots of different other ways to help calm yourself. I see people either going for a walk with music on, going for a drive, talking to people you trust. Going to mental therapy. Going to elders for advise.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>You can go for drives and listen to music, to me that’s some type of therapeutic thing for me. A few times I drove around and cried. You can talk to someone you trust, write it on a piece of paper and burn it, or even rip it up to pieces and garbage it. You can workout to ease your mind, anything that helps you. Just never bottle things up to yourself. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>When I am feeling stressed out I like to talk to my best friend, or call my mom and cry to her lol let them know what is bothering me. I also like to go for walks or/and a drive to look at nature, these are the most helpful things for me, having fresh air helps calm my mind.</p><p>Sometimes I like to go play sport, or even stretch out my muscles just to get rid of the tension. </p><p>There are also other ways we can get rid of stress, like sewing, yoga, cleaning and listening to music, talking to mental health or nurses. </p>]]></description>

My favourite way to cope with what I’m dealing with is when my bff and dress up, pretty up and go take pictures out on the land. </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
