We can understand that the song is saying when we have real, meaningful, authentic, deep conversations, we're "out of the shallow." So much of life is lived in the shallow end when what matters most is in the deep (but perhaps scarier end) the main massage is to live your life in the deep and meaningful instead of the shallow and meaningless.

Meanwhile, it discloses Elsa's (the main character) fear of accidentally revealing her ice powers to everyone Because she can’t quite control it yet. 
In the song’s reprise Anna tries to convince Elsa to return home to Arendelle to remove the wintery curse she accidentally put on the kingdom and be friends with her again but Elsa admits that she doesn't know how, so she refuses, thinking Anna would be better off without her
 Finally, as Anna's pleas and Elsa's fear intensify, she accidentally blasts Anna in the heart with her powers, which would eventually freeze her and bring Anna to her death, so this particular song actually walks us through the entire movie, shows us the beginning of the song while Anna is extremely positive and excited about the whole thing just to see that in the second time the song plays all the excitement turns into fear and a near death experience.

No my opinion, the meaning of the whole song is about death, but it’s a spiritual death and rebirth: “this is the end”, “I’ve drowned...”... Psychologically this is amazing because she is going to “where we start” which is, birth and from there to be reborn. She is facing it with is her soul (the combination of the ego and id seems to destroy the world, but actually it destroys the conscious perspective of the world and creates a new perspective. She and he soul “face it all together”, they “stand tall” when it “crumbles”. Her whole view of the world is dying but she has been brave enough to stand and face it all.

My review for the movie is that this is one of the best Bond movies I have ever seen. The story is superbly put together and has some interesting twists. The acting in the movie is great and to top it all off, it has one of the best intro's and Bond songs of the entire series.
