Mentoring isn't necessarily a structured process. Though it does start in a more formal form then moves to an informal one, with elements of equality.

You create a pool of experts who are willing to share the knowledge.

Mentoring moves from being a one way communication to a exchage of opinions.

Clear guidelines for each event whether it is a congress, a competitive event, training camp or workshop

These guidelines should be publicly available

The guidelines should clearly define expectations, who bears the cost of what in the event, etc

Having a transparent process with clear guidelines will encourage smaller federations to take part in a bidding process and enables them to understand what they can and cannot bid for

Recognise areas where development / new ideas are needded then start developing programmes to develop those skills.

Create a community.

Create networking opportnities.

Create opportunities for growth.

-No need for full reports (we have all the information on paper)

-Strategic focus

-Less formal and conservative->we should reflect our market

-Presenter to lead the congress

-More videos and introductions of the disciplines

-Sharing practices from our own national federations

-"Speed dating" for federations (networking)

-Keep the after hours activites

-Provide different activies for the evenings -> doing sports together?!

-Building side-events for knowledge sharing

1. Consult with TV specialist on what shoild be a adequated product for TV
1. Focus group to see if the new products wou,d be interesting for viewers
1. Maybe we can reduce the number of finalists and make the compettion shorter.
2. For sure streamimng it's important but sometimes people cannot find where they can watch streaming
3. Educate the public, make rules that are more understandeble, 10 points score?
3. Make competitions more as a show with lights and sound anc work better on presentation
4. Combine different gymnastics disciplines in the same place is a very interesting idea.

Educate and talk about our different roles. A coach is not a parent, and a parent is not a coach, and a child is a very determined individual
