I can confirm how students can learn a foreign language at the same time they learn a subject, and, above all, they engage and enjoy a lot. 

On the other hand, I think 4 sessions is not enough time to work on this topic. In my school we have to do 2 units along the year, that means at least 10 sessions. Moreover, we should bear in mind the time of each session and the number of pupils we have in class. For example, in my case, it is 45 minutes session per week and there are 27 pupils per class, many of them with special needs. Consequently, sometimes is very difficult to manage the class in English and to assess the kids.
Finally, I would like to say as we are in April and the project has to finish in June I have just done few sessions and we have not started yet with the final product.
