         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Something I knew previously about capitalism is that it involves marketing and making profit off of what is being sold. I learned that from my history classes over the years, and from listening to business owners speaking about it. </p></li><li><p>For socialism, I didn't hear about it much but when I read the Teen Vogue article I gained knowledge and it seems to be in relation with democrats, and wanting to change the workplace where "ordinary people" are more involved in economics. </p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I’ve just heard that attempts to socialism or communism aren’t successful. Some examples of that being Venezuela and North Korea.  From the reading, I understood that socialism is aimed at helping the working class from billionaires that take advantage of them. As well, as letting the people have a say in how the economy is handled. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In one of my previous classes we heard and read a lot on capitalism and the government as a whole. From what I know capitalism is basically when a corporation owns the means of production and make a lot of money off of it.  </p><p><br/></p><p>As for socialism I have not heard a lot about it but the definitions the articles gave about socialism did ring a bell, just not something I could remember.  </p>]]></description>

In many video games where trading is involved you can easily notice price gauging for certain materials that only a certain person can provide.</p><p> For Socialism I haven't heard too much about it let alone understand it.</p>]]></description>
