Despair.com has DE-motivational posters, which are sarcastically hilarious (maybe not all appropriate for all age levels though). I had my students in AP World History create their own using the vocabulary terms they find on the test. I put them all in a PPT presentation to share with all my classes. They died laughing with the hilarious incarnations of previously dry, boring vocabulary.

My middle schoolers created a podcast discussing the impact of 3D printing on society. Their discussion included some compelling points about 3D printed guns, organs and body parts, and how 3D printing is impacting the way we produce, buy, and sell goods.

Regarding ChatterPix- don’t be deterred by the 30 second time limit. Each 30 second video can be saved and uploaded into iMovie to create a longer video. Have students plan the best stopping points before they start recording their 30 second videos.

Use Keynote, Find a photo > change the opacity so you can see through it > click add "drawing" and have students trace/color the image. Remove the photo underneath once a student is done

Our elementary campuses use Open Broadcaster software for green screen morning broadcast.

Our ALS class sells popcorn during lunches. They made commercials for their popcorn business using the green screen and Doink. They were cute and hilarious.
