We as educators must adapt to a school cultural of support and social acceptance of diversity of students. Also create a safe environment where all students can learn no matter their sexual orientation. If no action is taken to support sexual minority students from sexual prejudice, they have a higher risk of substance abuse and being isolated by peers. By providing service to students need will help them academically and socially. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This course has enhanced my ability to write, research, and identify problems in my future career. Below is a paper I wrote focusing of the misuse of counselors. In the past, the ASAC and other associations have tried to address the situation of the misuse of a counselor by providing an outline of their role and duties in the code of ethics. These guidelines are suggestive of the role the counselor adheres but are not enforced. The research theory I investigate is finding an alternate solution to enhance awareness of a counselor role.</div>]]></description>

Also, change the student thoughts to rational thinking to produce rational behaviors. Positive strategies will be explored by the student.
