In this two-hour workshop attendees will learn how to develop a global citizenship education programme suitable for a diverse learner population. Using the problem of income inequality as the basis for the workshop, participants will join in with a number of activity based simulations and will then collaborate to create technology-based outputs and project ideas designed to generate potential solutions.

At the heart of this workshop will be modeling, hands-on and inquiry-based experiences which participants can take back to school to create an inclusive global citizenship programme. The end goal will be identifying practical links between disciplinary standards, 21st century learning goals, and the power of global citizenship to include and inspire all.
