Team solidarity can ease feelings of isolation.

Seek mentorship - Find someone experienced who can guide you through the change.

resources Use available - Take advantage of any employee assistance programs, workshops offered by your employer.

Third Strategy is to develop flexibility and a growth mindset

Adapting to change requires a mindset that’s open to learning and growth:

View change as an opportunity Instead of fearing change, try to see it as a chance to develop new skills, take on new challenges, or improve work processes.

Stay positive - Focus on what you can learn rather than what you’re losing.

Be proactive - Look for ways to contribute to the transition or suggest improvements.
