WE SURPRISED TO NOTICE THAT
The person could had came earlier and find a parking spot instead of coming exactly or exceeding the time and expecting a parking near his faculty.

WE WONDER IF THIS MEANS
he staying further from MMU from whch makes him able to not come to class on time due to traffic condition.

IT WOULD BE GAME CHANGING TO
be able to fix the problem by possibly building a multi-story parking lot or at least make more parking lots available around the faculty.
