Both of my Naval parents got stationed in Honolulu, Hawaii, when I was in kindergarten. Shortly thereafter, they both retired, and my family decided to remain on the island. After high school, I decided to enlist in the United States Air Force and got selected to become a Chaplain Assistant. My first duty station would be in Texas at Joint Base San Antonio Randolph Air Force Base. After finishing my contract, I then transferred to the Reserves in Fort Worth, Texas, while residing in Denton with my dog, cat, and my fiancé.

During my first active-duty enlistment, I attended Wayland Baptist University in San Antonio, Texas. While serving, I earned my Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services in February 2025. My career aspiration is to continue to serve in the Air Force Reserves and secure either an administrative or logistical job within the federal government.

When I am not working or sleeping, you will most likely find me at the gym, suffering on the stair master, or trying out a new coffee shop or farmers market with my fiancé.

Something that could be considered interesting about me is the fact that I have a twin brother. My twin brother's name is Jadan, and similarly to me, he joined the Marine Corps right after high school. He has recently made the transition from the Marines to the Army and is liking the branch more. We may look nothing alike, but we share a unique and strong connection.

Goals for Foundations in Business Course

Considering that my academic background is in a social science, I am looking to gain a better foundational knowledge of the various aspects of business. I would like to gain a better understanding of accounting principles. Overall, I am very interested to see how my undergraduate studies may complement the new knowledge I will learn throughout this course.
