Fixed mindset makes kids think they are not going to be smart.

Fixed mindset: looking smart is most important..

effort is negative.

Student becomes helpless or avoiders.

Growth Mindset: learning is most important.

Effort is positive.

Students become Resililant!

Tell kids: learning takes time, mistakes are useful, having kids admit they are not good at something. It is not humiliating to make a mistake,

Get them to laugh at their own shortcomings.
