The Indus Valley Civilization was an ancient civilization located where Pakistan and Northwest India are today. It began in 2500 BCE (possibly in 3300) and ended in 1500 BCE. Two cities were Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa. Harappa had a population of at least 30,000 people. The Indus people were very reliant on trade. They traded with several civilizations around the world. They have a written language but it has not yet been deciphered.

In my opinion their biggest accomplishment would have to be their trade system. Trading has always played a big role in the world and it's amazing that they even thought about trading. Especially during the time they were around. They were very intelligent people who didn't only think about the present but also the future. They traded with civilizations from all over the world and traded several things such as beads, gold, silver, colored gems like turquoise and lapis lazuli, metals, flints, seashells and pearls.
