Use this forum to reflect on a time that your school or setting used transparency. Please list and describe the habits that were used. For example, were you comparing your school /grade level or department to itself or another setting? What did you learn from that experience? Why was the information relevant?

We do compare our grade levels/ departments to one another. I think in the past this caused a lot of friction and resentment, but as we moved forward we realized that we can learn from each other and work together to make our entire school be the successful model that we hope to become. I think this only opens up conversations between the grade levels and it gives us a platform to work from.

Recently my school implemented the RTI process with full fidelity. We compared each team in this process and how each team was progressing in this process. In the process we were also comparing test scores within the team and between grade levels.
