         <description><![CDATA[<div>The preamble introduces the constitution and explains the reason that it was written.<br><br>The articles cover the different sections of the government. The first three articles are about the three different branches of the government. The fourth is about the states in relation to each other and the national government and the power it holds. Article 5 is the ways that the constitution can be changed. Article 6 declares the constitution as the "supreme Law of the Land," and the last article talks about ratification.<br><br>The last part of the constitution are the changes to the original constitution.<br><br></div>]]></description>
