Actually, in this time of social distancing, the internet allows us to stay informed, work and mantain our mental/physical health. For those without the opportunity to have internet access, the social and economic impact of the pandemic will be even more difficult.

I apply them in my daily life, for example, I spend the most of my time studying so the responsability is something necessary to accomplish with all the tasks. The leadership when I work in groups and there's always to put the order and distribute the activities.
