Employees are treated like family. Employees are selected based on education, experience, and attitude. Most employees love the business that they work for and enjoy the bubbly yet serious personality of the company. Employees are expected to be on time, to be doing their work, and to be honest. Most of the employees love their job, not only because of how they are treated, but because of some of the perks they receive, such as on-site laundry and free food.

Unlike the traditional way, Facebook's new model recognizes there is enough pride and recognition of the COO role when you have a young technical CEO beside you.A long time ago people used to look down own that idea, and now it is seen as a badge of honor. Employees are treated with respect.

The quality of facebook is overall pretty good. Everyone that signs up is given some sort of tutorial, and every time that facebook gets a new update, a tutorial is given to show users how to use that specific feature. There is no return policy but if you happen to not like facebook, you could always deactivate it. Facebook is a social networking site that is used for communication, all over the world, thus its popularity. Most people sign up for the great service and popularity.
