I am writing to express my disappointed with the news that the local swimming pool is being closed.
As you might know, have many people that are using the local swimming pool for leisure and athletes who use it for swimming training and there is no other place available. If your swimming pool remain open the whole local community will be so grateful.
I would like to know why you are closing the local swimming and you will consider still be remaind open? because this place is very important to us.
In addition, if the problem is money, you can do annual payment plans reducing the price, so more peolple will be able to pay for it, consequently attracting more customers. And you can do partnering with athletes and gyms to encourage swimming.

Last week in the company I work has banned junk food and vending machines. I can’t even wonder how they could do such absurd with their employees. Therefore I am writing this letter to express my disappointment to the MyConnection company that took out this great joy from us.
So I think we deserve have those machines. By the way there is an another company that sells this machines and delivery every week some junk food to refil the machine, and the job is very cheap.
But before anything I think they must to give us some explanation and argues, of why they have done this and didn’t tell to anybody. Those machines was very important for many people in the office, these people used to have lunch from this selling.
So I think they should talk to MyConnection and buy news machines and sign the contract to refil weekly the machine. As you know we need those machines.

We are writing this letter to you to express our discontent after seeing that the local public swimming pool is about to get closed.

Everyone agrees that the weather in this little town is hot most of the year. If this proceeds, it won't have any other outdoor activity possible for the people. As is known, there isn't any river, lake or beach near this town and the energy fee has been rising month after month, a lot of families can't afford an air conditioner.

We would like to know why the swimming pool its being closed and if the public agency is interested to solve this problem or provide other solutions to deal with the heat problem. If the problem keeps, people will begin to suffer with severe heat and won't be able to work properly. And this, could collapse the economy.

There are a plenty of private organizations seeking to work with public agencies to deliver a comfortable life to the people.
Companies that can provide things like ice-skating ring and arctic house simulator.

The population is open to cooperate. We suggest immediately to convene an assembly to discuss the solutions. Remember that the election day its getting closer.

Students at our university are dismayed by the decision of the student cafeteria manager. He will close the cafeteria, because the rent has risen abusively.

Many students depend on the food served in the cafeteria and the closure will cause many difficulties for them.

Keep the cafeteria open

Dear Headmistress,

I hope this email finds you well. I'm wrinting because there is some rumors that the cafeteria at our college campus are going to end it's operations. I know we all have been in alert because the recent pandemic, but closing the space that all the students need will not change this situation.

We can talk with our collegues of medicine and design, to think strategies to keep the cafeteria open and safe to our students and employees.

I'm writing about this because the cafeteria represents not just a place to eat, drink, have a moment of relax and even studing, but also a place to exchange knowlege and for socialization. This actions are in the center of any college culture, so if is not gonna happen there, in a place that we can watch and maintain safe, I'm sure that it will take another place to. In fact, we gonna have use another place, that may not have all the safety rules, and then come back to the college, which could be even worse.

I suggest to think scientific ways to keep the place safe, like minimal distance, less capacity, hand sanitizers and so on, and opening a polling with all the students and employees to decide, because this place belong to all of us.
