MIRAY: Miami - wow I think there is a lot to say about this place, but honestly I would just spend days in the ocean. I think this place is so big and has so much uncovered. Miami has beautiful coral reefs in which I would love to just tease the animals. Haha no kidding! I think the sea shows you another world where you can feel comfortable and switch off and briefly forget where you actually come from.
I would definitely visit Miami :)
And would go diving and surfing...of course! <3

VIKI: Personally, I also like to dive, but I prefer the speed and the thrill. I therefore definitely recommend you to do a lively speedboat tour (which takes about 40 minutes, by the way), but it's worth it, because you see all of Miami and have a lot of fun at the same time!
I would go to Miami of course (no question)! And i would definitely go on a nice speedboat -or Jetski-Tour... and have a lot of fun! <3

What do you like better? Will you join Miray or do you also need a portion of action like Viki?
Comment...

Do you like fish or are you just real carnivores who only eat meat but no fish? Write below what kind of food you are (normal, vegetarian, etc. ).

Wahoo Fish Taco Recipe (6 rolled tacos)

1 pound wahoo fillets, cut into 6 finger strips (the length of the corn tortilla)

6 corn tortillas

1/2 cup of grape seed oil (vegetable oil)

Table salt

Cracked black pepper

For the Mexican Creme Sauce you need:

4 tablespoons sour cream

4 tablespoons mayoniasse

1/2 lime juiced

2 garlic cloves mashed into paste

Pinch of salt

For the Pico De Gallo (spanish specialty)

2 tomatoes, 1/2-in diced

1/2 medium red onion, 1/2-in diced

1 bundle cilantro, chopped

1 jalapeno roasted and fine diced

1 cup fresh pineapple, 1/2-in cubed
limes juice

Pinch of salt and pepper

The preparation:
1. First start with the Mexican creme by mixing the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic and lime juice with a pinch of salt and pepper. Now store in a cool place (best in a cooling potion:) ).

2. Then make the pico de gallo by mixing the tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, roasted jalapeno, fresh pineapple and lime juice. Mix and after that store it also in a cool place.

3. Now start heating the tortillas. Heat and barely char both sides in a pan. If you don't have a stove, warm the tortillas in a microwave (that's easier:) ).

4. After that, start heating a half cup of oil in a frying pan.

5. Season all the wahoo strips with salt and other spices you want. Now take a (finger length) strip of wahoo into a tortilla and roll it into a roll. Then the whole thing has to go into the pan again. Repeats it six times.

6. Fry the wahoo tacos until the color is golden brown on all sides. If you want, then add a pinch of salt.

7. At the end, serves it on a plate by first laying down the tacos, then adding the Mexican creme and finally the pico de gallo on top of it like the cherry on the cream cake:) .

Enjoy your wahoo taco!
E N J O Y .

Many different population groups live in Miami there are many immigrants from the Caribbean and Latin America.
By the way, a lot of Spanish is spoken there and you will notice that immediately when you are out and about in the city.
Many people always think that you have to speak English when vacationing in Miami. That's the most important language there, of course, but Spanish comes right after
that. Unbelievable right?

(To all Spaniards out there:
¿Hola, como te va? ¿Has estado alguna vez en Miami? aludos alemanes van para ti :) ) >Of course we don't speak Spanish, but we were inspired by the translator...
Info as a side note: Miray is Turkish.
                                     Viki is Croatian.

Now let's get back to the actual topic, so there are also many rich Americans from the north of the USA who then have a second home in Miami. (These are usually luxurious villas in a skyscraper.) This higher category of people only gets there because it is of course much warmer there in winter. It is even estimated that there are more residents in winter than in summer.
>Our thoughts on this: Isn't that possible?! Don't you want to be by the sea in summer rather than in winter? In winter we definitely go to the mountains (GRÜßI greetings to the Austrians among you, your mountains are fantastic!) and then you go skiing or snowboarding. It's clear, isn't it?

When they retire, retirees usually buy a nice little apartment in Miami, where they end up spending their whole lives in such a warm climate.
# E N J O Y . L I F E

For our english experts:) :
*second home - Zweitwohnsitz
*estimated - geschätzt
*to be retire - in Rente sein
*retirees - Rentner
