    Inklusion bedeutet bei uns, die Vielfalt der Schülerinnen und Schüler ernst zu nehmen, zu respektieren und wertzuschätzen. 
    Bereits seit vielen Jahren wird der Bildungs- und Erziehungsauftrag von unserer Schule inklusiv verstanden. 
     
    Gesamtschultypisch ist die Heterogenität der Schülerschaft, so dass individuelle Förderung zum Arbeitsalltag gehört. 

    Zudem unterrichten wir seit vielen Jahren immer Schülerinnen und Schüler mit besonderem Unter-stützungsbedarf an der Willy-Brandt-Gesamtschule. 

    Entsprechende Diagnosen wurden von den Grundschulen bzw. werden von uns durch ein AOSF-Verfahren initiiert und durchgeführt. 
       
    Seit 2012 gilt nun die Inklusion als durchgängiger Bestandteil unserer Schule. 
       
    Wir arbeiten mit Sonder- pädagog*innen und dem ganzen Kollegium an festen Elementen, die in unserer Schule verankert sind und passen diese, besonders im organisatorischen Bereich, den jeweils aktuellen Bedürfnissen an. 

    Der Weg zu einem inklusiven Lernen, aber auch die (sonderpädagogische) Förderung aller betroffenen Schülerinnen und Schüler wird dadurch erleichtert, dass viele Prinzipien der allgemeinen Pädagogik, aber auch der Sonderpädagogik, die als grundlegend gelten, seit vielen Jahren an unserer Schule praktiziert werden.
      
    Die Willy-Brandt-Gesamtschule bietet in ihrer Organisation des Klassenlebens, also des Lernens und der sozialen Gemeinschaft Strukturen, die für das Ge-meinsame Lernen förderlich sind. 

    Inklusion und Gemeinsames Lernen können nur dann gelingen, wenn jede Schülerin und jeder Schüler gemäß ihren/seiner Fähigkeiten lernen kann.

    Schülerinnen und Schüler mit sonderpädagogischem Förderbedarf werden bei uns von den im Klassenteam arbeitenden Sonderpädagog*innen in enger Kooperation mit den Klassen- und Fachlehrer*innen unterstützt.

    Die sonderpädagogische Förderung besteht im Unterricht zum einen im Team-Teaching, erfolgt zum Teil aber auch im Rahmen einer äußeren Differenzierung.

    Darüber hinaus führen die Sonderpädagog*innen Diagnostik durch, beraten Schülerinnen und Schüler, Kolleg*innen und Eltern, stellen Material bereit und erarbeiten gemeinsam mit den Fachlehrer*innen individuelle Förderpläne.

    Ziel ist es eine gute Atmosphäre und Zufriedenheit für alle Beteiligten herzustellen, um von gelingender Arbeit profitieren zu können.

    Am 06.12.2025 von 11.00 bis 14.00 Uhr findet der diesjährige Tag der offenen Tür mit Weihnachtsbasar an unserer Schule statt. Die Veranstaltung beginnt um 11.00 Uhr in der Mensa mit einer kurzen Begrüßung. 


    Wir laden interessierte Viertklässler mit ihren Familien, aber auch Interessenten für die gymnasiale Oberstufe sehr herzlich ein. Unsere Schule stellt sich mit vielen Angeboten und Informationen zum Schulleben, den Unterrichtsfächern und Projekten sowie den Fördermöglichkeiten vor. Geplant sind Mitmach – Angebote (Experimente, Backen, Sägen, Drucken, Rätsel und Spiele), Schnupperunterricht, Schulführungen und eine Cafeteria.

    Verfahren bei Anmeldeüberhang (gemäß § 1 Abs. 2 APO SI)

     

    Die Willy-Brandt-Gesamtschule hat in den vergangenen Jahren jeweils 162 Kinder für den neuen 5. Jahrgang aufgenommen. Im Falle von Anmeldeüberhängen wird folgender Entscheidungsweg beschritten:

     

    1.    Leistungsheterogenität

    Gesamtschulen setzen auf eine heterogene Schülerschaft. Daher werden im ersten Schritt zunächst drei Leistungsgruppen gebildet. Aus den übervollen Gruppen müssen dann Schülerinnen/Schüler abgelehnt werden.

     

    2.    Härtefälle

    Im Ermessen des Schulleiters nach vorher festgelegten Härtefallkriterien, z.B.

    schwere familiäre Belastung; schwere Erkrankung oder Behinderung…

     

     

    3.    Aufnahmekriterien im Ermessen des Schulleiters

    ·         Geschwisterkinder an der WBG

    ·         Ausgewogenes Verhältnis von Mädchen und Jungen

    ·         Losverfahren
