I chose the giraffe. Giraffes eat leaves and plants. They eat this food because, while researching, I learned that giraffes get their main water source from plants because it takes a long time for them to bend their necks to drink actual water. This food helps them repair their body because they are getting both their food and water source.

I saw a black bear while zip lining in Colorado. The black bear eats berries, fruit, sedges, and insects. They will also occasionally consume fish, honeycomb, and human food and garbage as well. My animal eats that food because that is what is accessible to them and easiest for them to get their hands on. The black bear hibernates in the winter time, so it needs to stock up on food so that they can stay warm throughout the winter months.
