And somehow, along the way, some of them become family—the kind of family you don’t share blood with, but bond with through compassion, resilience, and unwavering care. That’s the reason I smile. Not because the work is easy, but because it’s meaningful. Because in the midst of a busy schedule and countless responsibilities, I’m surrounded by souls who remind me daily why I chose this path.
