Before reading today, the gifted, intelligent children in my book had just arrived at a school called The Learning Institute for the Very Enlightened. They will be students there undercover investigating a series of threats going on there mainly coming from the guy in charge. Basically, the school is up to no good.

After reading today, the kids met the Principal in charge, Mr. Curtain. But here's the plot twist: Mr. Curtain either is, or looks exactly like, someone they know.... (I will not say who in order to not spoil things!). The kids are wondering if they are being tricked in this whole undercover mission they are on, or if they can trust the ones in charge.

In this book i am on the section " Mangroves and salt marshes." I have learned about things like mangrove roots or why and how the plants grow in salt marshes. On the page i am about to read it is titled "living upside down " and i think that it is about upside down jellyfish. ( In real life they are pretty cool and also the water they live in to humans it can irritate their skin if exposed to it for to long.) in the wild there are hundreds of them in the mangroves and they look really cool ranging in colors from brown to blue.

After reading i Have read about things from horse shoe crabs, fish that hunt above that water, coral reefs, crabs and even how sea turtles filter out the salt from the salt water. The page I ended on was about how coral colonized in groups on rocks and how the coral catches food with the tiny tentacles it has on the end of each polyp. ( the polyp is basically the body of the coral and is smaller than a grain of rice.) I did notice a few things that were wrong . It was talking about how horseshoe crabs evolved from bugs and how most clams stayed the same and did not evolve over " 43 million years "of them being around.

Before reading today, Katie had just broken her first world record at the world championship in Kazan, Russia. She also had gotten first in a event that she is not great at, the 200 meter freestyle. She was talking about her training methods and how that helped her become more successful as an athlete. She talked about how she set goals for herself and then how she achieved them.

After reading today, Katie went to the 2016 Rio Olympics. She broke all of her best times and some of her world records. She also talked about how she got a new coach after the 2012 London Olympics and how she benefited from that. She said that she had a special bond with her coach because she practiced 10 times a week with him and she was sad to see him leave. She grew close with her new coach and she a a special bond with him. She also spoke about how her family members had an effect on her swimming career.

Before reading today, Harry potter was going through all the hidden rooms trying to get to Proffesor Snape. Little did Harry know he would find someone much different.

After reading I figured out that. Not only did he find someone different, he found Professor quill the defence against the dark arts teacher. But it was a much bigger deal then what he thought. On the back of his head was the man that gave Harry his scar. Lord Voldemort. It ended up that herry beats The dark lord another time. But it wont be the last.

Before reading today, Thomas and a bunch of other kids immune to the flare, were trying to escape WICKED. Thomas was leading them towards a flat-trans (An instant way of transport that is basically teleportation). But WICKED was trying to stop them. They were using these monsters called grieves to try to kill Thomas.

After reading today, Teresa, Thomas’ best friend, sacrificed her life to save him. Lots of other immunes died too, but Thomas was able to get them to safety. Now they will have to start civilization over again with nothing. However, there won’t be the crazy people with the flare trying to eat them. They will basically restart the world but without the flare. Also, Thomas gets rizzy with Brenda.

Before reading today, Hal and Robbie had gone exploring in the woods. They knew they weren't allowed to be in the woods, but they went anyway. They found a "fog hole" in the ground, with the fog that covers their island coming out of it. They decided to cover it up, so that they would finally be able to see the sun. But, while they were in the woods, they stumbled upon the guardian of the woods, a manticore! It chased them out of the woods, and they ran back home.

After reading today, the kids had a visitor at school, she told them she was from a place called "Elsewhere" A magical world where humans, like the kids, could shape shift into mysical beings like dragons, ogres, fairies, and more. She said they were shapeshifers, but, the kids don't trust her, they need proof! They all go into the woods to try and find the manticore, to see if he is a shapeshifter. While in the woods, the get attacked by the manticore, and Hal shapeshifts into a dragon while protecting his friends.

Now after reading Franklin met Woodrow Wilson and thought then and there that the country needed him. However the democratic boss of Murphy wouldn't vote for Wilson so Franklin and Wilson put together a committee and made Franklin the head of it. They did this to win the upstate New York democrats votes. Murphy told his followers to vote for Champ Clark. Luckily for Wilson and Roosevelt even though the Murphy was able to get Champ Clark to be the Nominee a rule adopted in 1836 stopped Champ from being able to run for president. The rule said that the nominee must have more then two thirds of the vote and there was no way Champ would get two thirds of the vote. That is where I ended, all in all the book so far is very boring and I don't recommend it to anyone.

After reading today, I figured out some of their plan. But something that keeps happening is she is leaving people. So they started off with five and ended with two . One of them is dead and the other two are hopefully still alive. But she she is now stuck with Marcus ( she hates him because he abusive toward Tobias,) and the only reason is because he threatened her.

During: A few cats come back revealing that red-tail was killed by oak-heart but someone managed to kill oak-heart as well. oak-heart is from river-clan and they are at war with them.

Before reading, I was reading trapped in Hitlers web, but I didn't have the book with me, so I started a new book. (I'm still reading the other book)

After reading, we meet our protagonist, Pete, who is a war veteran in 1946. He has 2 children in college and owns a bunch of slaves to pick cotton. For the first 6 pages he basically talks about his morning. And then he talks about the killing. The killing is some tragic event he knows must happen but he doesn't actually say what it is until the last two pages. So he basically pulls up to the church and kills the pastor, with his pistol because of something he did involving this women. He doesn't give us a lot of context about it. And he tells this guy named Hop to alert the sheriff at the end of the chapter, knowing he's going to jail.

Before reading today, Olivia was at her fathers funeral. She had taken an old lady that knew her father, but didn't tell her or anyone else that she was his daughter. When she got there she began wondering if any of the people there knew what happened to him or her mom or could have perhaps been their killer.

After reading today, Olivia met a boy named Duncan who started saying things that evoked memories for Olivia. She began remembering things from her past and from before her parents were killed. Since she doesn't want anyone to know that she was Terry's daughter she keeps piling up lies.

Olivia decides that she is going to rent the house next to the old lady. She has no where to stay for the next 2 days, so the old lady, Nora offers to let her stay at her house.

Before I read today, the princess was having a hard time in the selection and was threatened by one of the selected. She had to make sure that the other selected news that if they did that they would get kicked out or worse. She also wasn't enjoying the selection because she doesn't want to get married.

After reading today, the princess is now enjoying the selection a little bit more and is going on dates with each of the boys and then she went on a group date. They were cooking and soon it got into a fight...

Before reading my book was about Belly handling her first summer without being at the Cousins house. Susannah had died, Conrad is at college, and Jeremiah is busy with high school. Taylor, Belly's best friend, has been trying to set her up with boys like Cory Wheeler so she would get over Conrad. Belly and Taylor got into a fight at Cory’s party. Belly is on her way to Susannahs funeral with her brother Steven. Conrad and Jeremiah are going to be there.

After reading, Belly went to the funeral and it was all going good. She was bringing Conrad some food and she walked in on him and his ex girlfriend, Aubry, on the couch. Conrad and Belly got into a huge fight in the middle of the funeral, saying that they hate each other and never should of dated. Belly went home so embarrassed. She called Jeremiah but he was worried and told her that Conrad was missing and hasn’t been returning anybody's calls or texts. Belly and Jeremiah decide to go looking for him but Belly is supposed to be back the next day because she promised Taylor she’ll go to Cory Wheelers yacht party.

while reading, zoe and her friend trevor went to harvard to find a person to prove that her father is innocent. It takes them a long time and when they arrive home the parents see the cab and they get in alot of trouble. She learns that her dad is innocent but her parents ground her. but her mom calls the person that zoe found and began to believe that her father is innocent...

Before reading today, a teenage boy named Nick was just a normal shy person wanting to be a cop so he joined this group of people that trained you to be the closest thing to a cop and once you turned 18 you could join the Navy. After a missing girl was found she was run over by a truck, but was quickly taken to the hospital and was sure to have a full recovery. There are also these two girls Nick is friends with named Ruby and Alexis. Alexis is the one who Nick has a crush on, but Alexis has a boyfriend on another team of people in training to become cops. When Nick was driving home the night they found the missing girl and had taken her to the hospital, his older brother Kyle wasn't home when Nick got home so that made Nick worry. The next morning there was a case of a murder crime of a girl that was near the place where Nick and his family lived. When Nick had gotten up the next morning, he saw that his older brother Kyle was wearing sunglasses and a hat inside which he thought was odd, but when he brought up the murder case Kyle threw up. Kyle is the guy I think is the one who had murdered the girl named Lucy.

After reading today, I read that while Nick and his team were at the crime scene of the murdered girl, they discovered more about her and found evidence. They found out that she was 22 years old and had pale white skin with dark curly hair. When her mother had showed up to the crime scene, all she could do was scream in grief and everyone was looking at her like she was insane. Alexis had run up to her and calmed her down while everybody else just stood and watched. Soon after Kyle showed up to the crime scene and asked so many questions which mad me even more certain that he was the one who did it.

Before reading this, I was reading a book called The Final Hour. I had forgotten my book at home. So, I decided to read this book instead.

In the story, a Cuban boy named Michael was living in the Bronx was outside playing baseball when he saw a robber running down the street with a purse. He threw the ball as hard as he could and hit the robber in the back of the head.

He was quickly praised by the cop and later found out that the purse the robber had stolen was the purse his brother had given to the baseball team's team mom.

Before reading today, Belly liked Conrad, she thought nothing would change. She admired him for as long as she could remember. They went on walks together but Conrad always just thought they would be friends. She thought Jeremiah was a close friend but no one she would want to spend time with for the rest of her life.

After reading today, Jeremiah asked to go to the movies with Belly. Belly thought sure why not it would be a good way to spend time together! Belly ended up liking him more than she thought, but everything changed when Taylor Jewels came to the stay with them! She loves to be the center of attention and thought that she was the best at everything. She was Belly's best friend for the longest time but immediately Belly regrets her decision to invite her to stay with them. She walks in Belly's room and tells Belly how much she likes Conrad. Even though Belly was starting to like Jeremiah she did not want Taylor to like either of them because Belly thought they were both hers. Belly tried to make Taylor not like Conrad by making up lies about him saying he is disgusting and is awful to be around! Even though Belly knew that was not true at all.

They got to their game and their dad was telling them to try their best, and when they got on the court they played really good but after the game they played a 1v1 and one of them got dunked on and they got to an Even bigger argument about who was better.

I just started, but my story is about a girl named Caitlin, who was a 7th grade girl who got an assignment to write to a pen pal in another country. She started writing to a boy the same age named Martin. He is in extreme poverty in Zimbabwe. He is kicked out of school for not being able to pay for school funds, then Caitlin sends American cash, that is worth a lot were he is. SO, her and her family go through so much trouble to make sure he and his family have everything he needs, and education.

Before reading today Walter had been observing people trying to escape the Auschwitz concentration camp. He was observing to see how they had messed up, and how he could succeed. At the same time he was getting lessons from someone who had escaped before, but got caught. At the same time he was making tallies in his head of the number of many separate things occurring in the camp that he would share after escaping.

Today in my reading he and some comrades built their secret bunker to hide in until it was safe to leave. They first people got in and even got out of the camp before being caught and tortured. Now Walter and his friend are planning an escape that won't get them caught. At the end of my reading they have just gotten in their bunker and are waiting to escape.

Before reading my book its about mr. Dursleyhaving a weird feeling about different things happening around him. The dursley family hates any time of magic and are against that stuff. So when he saw all of this happening he was worried they were going to be brought into it.

After reading: Dumbledoor a Professor Mcigonagall outside the Dursley’s house talking about the potters tragic accident and how Hagrid was bringing harry potter to live with the Dursley’s. It fast forwards to 10 years later and talks about how they spoil Dudley and treat harry potter not very good.
