According to the report, Diego had been tipped off that Marisol was cheating on him with another man. Upon finding out, he had violently beat her, and when she tried to escape, he threatened to "shoot her and every other miserable f*** in the house" saying they'd all be better off dead. Javier witnessed the incident as well as the arrest while hiding at the stairs with his siblings.
