Information/Details Surrounding Disappearance: Believed to have been abducted while playing with younger brother at Bridgeton City Park in Cumberland County.

There have been 17 new tips regarding her case some of these tips came out of state form Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Nevada. Although these leads haven’t had any success. There has been generated images of what she could potentially look like as of right now although there has been no leads since the creation of these images. The county of where she was lost is still committed to trying Dulce although some residents are doubtful in finding her, due to the length of the disappearance.

Terrance Williams, a 27-year-old Black male, was last seen on January 12, 2004, in Naples, Florida. He stood 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighed approximately 160 pounds, and had brown eyes and brown hair. Williams had several tattoos. He was stopped by collier county sheriff deputy Steven calkins near 119th avenue north Vanderbilt drive . Witness say they saw calkins place Williams into his patrol car but he was never booked into a county jail his whereabouts are still unknown.

Search Efforts/Current Status of Search/Investigation:

The investigation revealed inconsistencies in Deputy Calkins’ statements to the incident. no conclusive evidence has been found to determine Williams’ fate. Both Williams’s and another male named Felipe Santos both disappeared that day under the same circumstances and by the same deputy
