This bill was designed to provide for the safer and more effective use of the assets of banks, to regulate interbank control, to prevent the undue diversion of funds into speculative operations.

This program was successful. The act had it's ups and downs but it overall helped achieve its goal of helping the people and banks. This act was liked by many people and the citizens responded well to the banks help.

This program was a good use of the federal funding because it did was it was created to do and really helped people secure their money. The banks and the citizens both trusted this new act.

Why might some people have been critical of the program you were assigned?

Some people could be critical about my program because it had its downfalls. Also many people didn't fully trust putting investments into banks. By helping the banks, many consider if it is worth it.
