we would like to introduce ourselves before showing our days to make it more friendly and an interesting, unique way to do this would be a facetime.

Tess- Project Leader

We gave Tess project leader as she was able to include and bring the group together, she made sure everyone stayed involved and was organised when planning and understanding the key tasks of the project.

Georgia- Project Presenter

We thought Georgia would be the best project presenter for our team, she is able to voice her opinion and explain her ideas clearly. She understands the tasks and knows the process behind it. she showed everyone in the class our plan and showed off our visual ideas presenting it clearly.

Lola- Project Designs

We chose Lola as our project designer as she is able to take her ideas and present them to us in a visual way, she was like a film director she had the vision for our project. Lola designed and organised the ideas each member gave and prioritised each idea with the aspects of the day towards the video.

Ruby and Cerys- Project Researcher

We gave Ruby and Cerys this role as researchers as they gathered background knowledge about our ideas, as researchers they were able to look at past completed projects with the theme of a day in my life, which really helped our team understand the task ahead.

We all collaborated our ideas into the project but we had to work together to change certain ideas to be able to still include all input, while still making sure it works within the project. Using collaboration with this project helped us communicate with one another, to get the most out of our teams skill set. We all came together to assigned roles to each other, carefully considering the personality and skill set around us. The benefits with teamwork was being able to gather more ideas from everyone, it also improved everyone's productivity as we all had a role to play within the project. A few challenges we faced while working in a team were, reduced engardement. We was all pretty excited for this project, but a few members weren't so as a team we had to build up the excitement for others using lots of taster videos; To almost motivate the team.

Georgia Worked well with the whole team and made sure everyone felt included and gathered everyone impute towards the editing.

Within collaborating and planning we knew it would be best to pre-plan and organise our ideas and prioritise our footage that needed to be filmed. We tried our best to keep everyone involved, but as the project leader, this grew challenging with the attendance of members. With acknowledging this, the filming will not include certain members who weren't able to film due to deadline, as a team we created a group chat to place all of our 'day in our life' videos, this was a place where as the project leader I would remind my peers to gain footage.

We have learnt how to plan and carry out a filming production under a deadline date/time. We have learnt how to prioritise and dedicate roles to one another, understanding each members skill set. Overall we have all grown in confidents when speaking publicly and in bigger group settings, I got to know a lot about each member which is helpful to having a comftable working enjoinment.

if we was to carryout with this project again, I would make sure our voice overs where filmed a little more indivually, I feel as if all our voices blended into one when talking about our days. we got excited and started talking over one another. However it makes our filming interesting and funny leaving it to be a light-hearted watch.

1) Does the video introduce all team members and their roles?

1 Answer) Our film introduces each member who created video content during their personal travel parts. Those members who hadn't completed any videos were unable to contribute in this way, but we did include an end creates towards each role and their part to play within the film.

2) Is the planning phase explained and shown?

2 Answer) in these pictures we have shown how we planned and organised, using mind maps and group chats to place our videos in. I believe we have successfully planned.

3) Are examples of collaboration included?

3 Answer) We have used examples of collaboration throughout our film, we worked together to film certain parts of our day when we was all together. we collaborated within different scenes of filming and made sure we had a dedicated member to filming scenes they weren't in, which changed every time we would film a part of our day.

4) Are daily activities and roles represented creatively?

4 Answer) We made ideas which where interesting and easily analysed, so our audiences still know what was going on without too much dialogue. One of our favourite create ideas was filming our personal travel vlogs with a voice over intro. I personally liked how we all left college together and used the gate scans to show this. We showed our teams swift creative thinking when we thought of the idea of doing an end credits scene to show us off with our roles we created this idea after the process had been completed and it shows our passion and how we was still improving after the film had been done.

5) Is there a clear reflection on the process and lessons learned?

5 Answer) Looking back at the reflection, I highlighted key strengths and weaknesses for our team and ways to simply improve which can be done for future collaborative projects. As this was a first time collaborative project for me I believe the outcome was successful while also understanding there is always room to improve and grow as a person within a team project enjoinment.

6) Is the video edited and presented professionally?

6 Answer) Georgia was our project editor, she used cap cut to professionally edit out film. She used music, voice overs and texts to highlight our day and clearly explain what's going in on in each frame. With the editing software we was able to make our video unique and funny to suit our teams overall personality. Lola presented our video to our other peers in the class, showing off key points with also including a behind the scene process. Lola presented our teams work professionally and was able to engage our audience using light-hearted humour and stories of how we filmed our clips.
