Is the council going to be our point of contact with the affiliate societies? How can we work within them (i.e. planning events at meetings) without representations in society leadership?

Is the flock council essentially replacing these monthly meetings with the flocks teams + leaders? Or is it in addition? Seems redundant if its the latter.
