I really enjoyed exercising and warming myself. It was really fun and enjoying and I would just say it was a really good start. The exercises were very good since there were many exercises in the warm ups, main session and cooldown. The sessions were good but hard as there were exercises which were a bit difficult for me to do like push-ups. I could barely do one push every minute which was tough. I needed to improve every part of the session. I would say the sessions were good but at the same time it was tiring and nice doing the session.

Overall, the training session was a really good HIIT workout. It was a good interval training session that really exhausted us. Yet, I believe that in order to improve you should have included deep stretches on your warm up; in order to warm up and relax the muscles. This would prevent injury and allow a regular blood flow to our entire body, since most of us were sore for a couple days. In addition, because we are beginners it would be crucial to reduce the time fo each exercise as some of us couldn't keep up with it and it took all our strength right away and we weren't able to do the correct positions and train the correct muscles because we were tired. Keep Up the good work.

The session plan was very good and effective. The structure of the session plan made it easy for the viewer. The session was based on muscular strength as an health related component more specifically upper body with the duration of 50 minutes. The aim of the session plan was to provide exercises in order to improve muscular strength which was clear to the target audience meaning my peers. In regards, to the exercises which were structured in 3 parts Warm up, Main session & lastly cool down. Each of the exercise did have different timings/duration. The session plan contained a 6 minute break which was a good option enabling the one exercising to take break at some point. I was able to do exercise such as Jogging, Jumping Jacks, Side lunges, Push ups, Squats, Plank, Sit ups, Hand and leg stretch, Walking high lunges & lastly Inhale and exhale. The exercise which I was not able to do was Burpees which was challenging for me. The exercise was difficult to do and perhaps the reason behind that is an effective exercise which targets many body components like upper body, lower body & core strength. At the end of session I had pain in my muscles due to long gap between exercising.

According to me, their session was not that hectic and didn't include that many exercises which is something I really liked. The warm ups of this session was well thought of as well as the cool down. I was able to perform the first exercise which were the planks but the second exercise which were push ups is where I faced a lot of challenges. I also like the fact that in their coaching points/ questions, they put down information relating to the clients physical health to make sure that the client doesn't injure themselves or face any challenges. I enjoyed this session because it had less exercises although it would be better if they included a five minute break in between the planks and the pushup exercises because by the end of the first exercise, I was exhausted and wanted to rest.

I feel the session was not too intense and it was easy to perform, however I feel that the duration for each exercise was too long. They could have made it for 1 minute and add more exercises instead to make it have a variety of exercises. Apart from that they should have added some pictures to show how to perform the exercises, because I had to search up some to see how to perform them.

In conclusion, this session contained the appropriate exercises to meet the expected goal, however there are still aspects to improve. Since the goal was to develop arm muscular strength, the session was mainly composed by the upper - body exercises; yet the students did not work on the lower part (legs), neither in the warm - up session, nor in the cool down. Overtime, the human body requires a balanced exercise routine, to avoid injuries

This session was exhausting and by the end of this session I was really tired. I do like the fact that they kept breaks in between but to cope up with that many exercises was a challenges for me. I love the fact that they put images in their session plan to help us understand better and it really helped me because I usually get confused with the names of the exercises and for the exercises I hadn't heard about, I didn't have to go and search about it. Overall, this session although tiring was also easy to understand and focused a lot on muscular strength.

The warm ups were nice and exercising and the main session was tough because of the push ups but I managed to do it since it had many varieties of pushup which were interesting.

Overall, I do think that the Training Session was a little disorganised and it didn’t explore various exercises to work the targeted muscles.

I say this because the exercises in the warmup didn’t support and warm up the muscles worked on the main session. In the warm up you implemented stretches that stretched and warmed up the arms specifically. However you forget to stretch the core and the legs which are crucial when performing both a plank and push ups.

The same thing occurred on the cool down, rather than cooling down the various muscles used you guys limited yourself and focused on just cooling down the legs. This has a negative impact on those who perform your session because they’re going to be sore after because the didn’t cool down and stretch properly.

Additionally, I think that you could have divided the types of push ups and its according reps into different rows so that it would be easier to follow and understand because personally, I was quite confused on what had to be done.

Diagrams and Images would have also been beneficial.

Yet, It was a good beginner workout but I think it was missing some component pieces (mentioned above). Nonetheless, it was good for a first time, I hope you take this feedback and develop your work!

The session plan was exactly 40 minutes but I was surprised that there were no short breaks in between to respire or take a pause. The session plan was good. I understood many exercises but there were some parts like the push ups where we had to perform different types of push ups. I did not understand why all these types of push ups, why not just normal push up. The pushups made me feel so exhausted and I couldn't perform many of them. The rest of the structure of the plan was amazing and understandable. The aim of the session was clear too but it would be better to add lighter arm exercises because these were to hard to perform for me.

This session was intense. It was extremely tiring for me due to the fact that I have exercised after a long time and my body was not used it. I did all the exercises but some of them I did it limited, I took more breaks between the exercises. Ayman and Alvin have added a lot of exercises which are hard together. As this was the first session they would have added more light exercises because when we are starting to work out after a long time, it is very difficult for the body to take in hard workouts and its better to start with a light day. Overall it was amazing and very tiring.

Push-ups are not an easy thing to do especially the hard types of push-ups. I found the push parts extreme because doing push ups like Dimond push ups is not a piece of cake although it was fun session, it was tiring, my muscles are still aching but it was a fun experience.

This training session lacked a few exercises that tested us, that couldve tested how far we could go with challenging exercises. The training activity can take many forms, but it should be interesting as well as useful. The exercises should be varied and relate to what we want to accomplish by the end of the lesson, that you are training for. Prolonged work on a small number of exercises can become boring and the effects of the training will be reduced. When choosing exercises it is important to remember the principles of overload, progression, specificity and reversibility. And this training session lacked these details. I do feel as if this was a light training session, not to keep our bodies relaxed with no pain or the need for being exhausted. Overall it was a decent training session.

The session plan according to me was intense and a bit tiring due to the fact the timing of each exercise was lengthy. The session plan needed organisation in terms of structure it did contain the name of exercise, the goal, description of exercise and coaching point. The things which were missing in the session plan it should contain images of each exercise which would make the performer or the target audience easy. Before performing I had to search for the exercises mentioned in the session due to there where no images provided. The session plan contained exercise which were beneficial to improve muscular strength but it should contained a variety of exercises which could enhance the performer to perform much better and achieve high potential. I was able to do warm up part, main session and cool down but the exercise which was highly challenging for me was Push up position plank (core) & Push ups (arms). Overall the session plan was good and effective as well.

I do have to say I really enjoyed your Session Plan it was excellently put together in terms of a resistance training. I felt like it was very effective when it came to muscle endurance and strength because I felt that burning sensation on my muscles suggesting that the exercises were effecient. I especially liked your main body workout because it was well organised since we had to to perform all leg exercises in order to move to core exercises, etc. However, I do think that you guys could have put diagram or explanations for some of the exercises since the name wasn’t very explicit and I personally had to waste my time searching how to execute the properly. Additionally, I also think that the cool down part needs a little improvement because it was very weak in terms of supporting and cooling down the muscles after that hardcore main body. Also, in the cool down you guys included side squats which is considered to be an dynamic strength exercise and shouldn’t be positioned in the cold down because rather than cooling the body down it’s bringing the temperature and heart rate up. if I were you I would be more careful when it came to the cool down. Other than that it was really well done.

Some of them were really tough for me such as ab hold, crunches and up stretch with bend down. They were really helpful as well and I am happy that each exercises was to be done for a minute because the squats hold or other would be very effective. But I also felt that there were too many exercises to perform which made me tired during the end of the session. I really like the warm up and cool down because they were new exercises to perform and it was short and simple.

The session plan according to me was intense, tiring and exhausting due to huge amount of imbalanced exercises which lead personally me to muscle pain. The session plan needs improvement in terms of its organisational structure. Adding on to that perhaps adding image, link to image or a short youtube video would be quiet helpful and even not consume my time. I personally had to search up on the internet of the exercise and how to perform which consumed my time and resulted in low efficiency of the workout. There is improvement needed in terms of timings for each exercise and the exercise should be balanced in order not to cause a lot of pain to the performer in this case me. While doing the cool down part I felt that there are some exercises which needs to be organised accordingly to effect in the human body. I was able to perform all the exercise except superman exercise, squat jumps bridges and lastly up stretch with bend down. The reason why I wasn't able to do the exercise is because the names in the session plan and when I searched up on internet the exercises weren't visible. Overall the session plan was good enough and effective in some way.

This session plan was very easy to complete and very simple to follow. However, there were some areas that required improvement. Overall, the session plan was very brief and not that detailed when it came to the exercises statement names like these- wrists stretch, leg stretch are not specific enough because there is a large variety of both wrists stretches and leg stretches. I wasted a lot of time researching the exercises and along with that there is a chance that I might have chosen a exercises that wasn’t what you guys had in mind or wasn’t really working towards the target of the session. Therefore, I do recommend for you guys to be more detailed when it comes to the exercises, descriptions of pictures could also be beneficial. Additionally, I also want to comment on your Warm up, despite being simple and efficient to warm up the body and get the blood flowing it seems as it’s more of a main body exercises rather than a warm up exercise. I would recommend for you to include stretches (of the elements of the body that are going to be used) in order to warm up the entire muscles and reduce the risk of injury or muscle cramps. After the stretches you could then include the jogging exercises because they would go accordingly to the stretches. However, your cool down was really good despite that point where it wasn’t specific I felt like it enabled me to cool down properly and cool down my muscles well. It also enabled my blood pressure and heart rate to go back to normal gradually. Lastly, next time you could also attempt a different organisational structure such as a table because it’s easier to follow. To end he feedback, I think it was a good small and basic workout but I hope that in the future you improve your explanation and description and make the session more detailed.

However, I think you should be choosing the target audience to a greater variety, as some people might not have the same practice. As for me, I rate it 4/5.

In my opinion, I think this session was good for the legs and abs only and not the arms even though your goal states, "We have chosen these activities to improve physical fitness and to make them active, sportive and improve their flexiblity and endurance." If that were true, you should've added arms and back too. Finally, you could've made the exercises better by adding one more exercise for the abs and two for arms. That way it would be a basic workout that would be fair. Personally, I found it easy, but you now know what to do for next time. I would rate this 3.5/5

This session was very easy to complete and it didnt challenge me to persue brakesin between each exercises, but overall it was a decent session plan.

The session plan according to me was average, easy to follow up and perform without getting exhausted in a manner. The session plan consisted of limited amount of exercise with repetitions at a point. The session plan wasn't detailed like other session plans however it did contain the name or the description of the exercise but neither image or videos were provided which made a bit of confusion for the performer in this case me. The session plan was divided into 3 parts which were warm up, main session & cool down. Adding on to that I think there is improvement needed in terms of exercise accordingly each set meaning that some of the exercises listed in the warm up weren't suitable which could be added to the main session. There were short breaks given along with hand and leg stretching exercise. Perhaps adding more detailed information along with images of exercises would give a new look to the session plan's sight. To conclude, the session plan wasn't hectic compared to the other ones but 1 thing which I would emphasise is that perhaps adding a variety of exercises would be a good and a better option which would enhance more change in the human body effectively.

The session plan was divided into 3 parts which were warm up, main session and cool down along with timings for each exercise with the images of the exercise which personally did not consumer my time compared to other session which didn't include images at all. The aim of the session was met which was to improve flexibility. The session plan was effective. The session plan also included description of each exercise enabling the performer to understand much better. According to me, perhaps adding coaching questions would be better it would give an insight to the performer by which way he or she is being watched or judged in a manner. There were some exercises which I couldn't perform perfectly due to leg injury from previous session plan, those exercise includes Low lunge stretch, Forward Bend Stretch, Pigeon Glute Stretch, Donkey extended kicks & Plank rotations. There could be improvement in structure of the session plan by adding the details of the client, the coach etc. Overall, the session plan was good and effective as well.

It is good that each exercise had repetition summed up into 10 minutes in the main session and 5 minutes in the warm up. However a variety of exercises with a shorter time would have made the session even more effective. Apart from that I think in your warm up session you could have made it clear the kind of exercises you wanted us to do and also sperate them in different sections to not cause any confusions. Also you could have added some exercises for the cool down session instead of just respiration. Overall the session was good.

What I really enjoyed about your session plan was that you guys mentioned the aim of the session which really helped me executing the exercises because in the back of my mind I had an I deal of what my objective was, which made it clear on how I should execute the exercises. Engage more muscles, engage less muscle, utilise more energy, utilise less energy, etc. Additionally, I also really enjoyed the way you categorised your columns this made it really easy to identify the time and the task that needed to be completed with no confusion at all. This also saved time in between exercises which prevented my body from cooling down. However, I would have loved for you guys to include some type of heading for the Main body because it wasn’t very clear where it started and so I was confused when the main body was being executed. This is important because it lets the client/person doing the exercise, shift the amount of energy and power utilised in the exercises when doing the maintenance body workout. Because the warm up is softer and more relaxed, for the main body the exercises turn more intense and so it was hard to do so when I didn’t know what the Main body workout was.

Lastly, I think you could have included more physical exercises for the cool down since there were no actual stretches to cool down the body. The cool down is just as important as the main body or the warm up but in this case it allows the body to go back to its normal state. Unfortunately, for me personally I felt like breathing exercises weren’t enough and my body required more stretches to be done. Overall. it was a really good session plan and I can really see how the aim of the session was taken into consideration when making the (session) plan.

Rather than sentences the description could have consisted of small bullet points resembling steps. making it easier for the clients/person doing the exercise to follow along the steps and hopefully execute the exercise properly.

The session plan needed organisation which included clear heading, text alignment (the aim wasn't clear shown) & you could add images of exercises which wouldn't waste time personally I had to search up on internet however I was familiar with some exercises but not all. Adding on to that perhaps you could have included variety of exercises an example of that like cool down wasn't effective at all. I really liked the guiding questions or coaching points but you could have explained explicitly like mainly what will be considering or take into consideration when your client performs. Main body & materials needed, for example triceps dip exercise can be executed with the help or use of chair and or stairs.
Overall, your session plan was good, not hectic and easy performing.

I really liked the exercises included in the session plan but my suggestion would be that you could add variety of exercises instead of adding reps. The session plan was incomplete as it did not contain coaching or guiding points. Including images of all exercises listed in the session plan would have been a good idea and a way. Adding on to that your session plan doesn't contain materials needed, target audience etc which is quiet important. I appreciate the fact that you included basic guidance such as don't drink too much water else there might be increase in fatigue. Improvement is needed in cool down area not specific exercise listed. Overall, your session plan is effective and easy to perform.

I absolutely love the way you have created your session plan. I know I (personally) did it in school but I also decided to take a look at the session plan given in order to base my judgement from their too. I do have to say that the organisation in you session plan was excellent everything was labelled and explain in detail (when it came to the exercises) which provided the “client” with a better overall experience since it was easy to move through the session was clear and concise. I would like to emphasise on the Main body workout explanation (the part where the exercises were explained); that was really helpful as it provided the audience with a clear understanding of how they should execute the exercise which online is a huge advantage because there is no one correcting you and so it is crucial to get every move correct and accurate to train the wanted muscles. However, I do have to mention that there was a poor variety of exercises used during the session plan, the exercises provided were very “common” and worked more towards muscle strength than improving stamina, this could have been prevented by researching deeply on stain and how it works, along with elements of fitness and exercises that can improve-it. But it could have also been prevented by exploring a large range of exercise such as aerobic exercises, since according to health line, 2020- “aerobic exercise regularly strengthens your heart and lungs and improves your circulation, which can help you build stamina”. Additionally, there could be some improvement on the warm pu since it was really dedicated to the muscles we utilised, and there weren’t any exercises specified which isn’t good because the client might not be aware of what cool down exercises are need to prevent injury. So next time, please specify the exercises. hence, as a Coach i have to say that it is surely an extremely affective session plan but not for the goal on the session plan, it’s exercises didn’t really work with that component. However, as a client I can say that the session plan left me feeling tired (in a good way) and that I felt like it worked my muscles a lot, yet, because of the “poor” cool down i was felt pain in my entire body for a few days after the workout. Overall really well done!

For me personally I think that they gave too many activities that are very intense and makes our body tired very quickly. I believe that because some of us have not been exercising for a long time, this made difficult for us to perform this exercise. The breaks between one exercise to another exercise was too short and made our body tired very quickly and this affected all the activities. I will suggest that the exercises on the warmup should have some exercises that helps to stretch our muscles, this would prevent injuries and me would be more prepared to do the main session without any limitation. The cool down I also believe that it should contain some exercises that would help us relax our muscles and to also to relieve the pain on the muscles.

This session was only based in working out the muscles from the arms and the exercises planned to help us improve this section of the body was not that effective. I believe that in order to make this session more effective, they could also add different types of activities that would also work the upper body. Focusing in only one type of exercise, I think that is not effective to us and it would put us tired very quickly. Also they included new types of push ups that can be unfamiliar to some of us, so I would suggest that for the next time diagrams or images should be added in order to help the client understand each of the activities.

The warmup and the cool down were not effective, and it was not planned well. In order to make it more effective, I would suggest that you would need to focus also in warming up the lower part of the body because we would also need the lower part in order to perform the push-ups and plank. The cool down exercises did not include specific exercises that would help us relax our arms, shoulders and back.

It was exercises that was intense and also tiring, but it was performed in a small amount of time. Doing exercises in small amount of time does not mean that it would not make us tired. Improvements in terms of time is needed because it makes the exercises infectively to us and the resting time was not very well divided. Perhaps we could do 3 different exercises with more time and then resting for 1 minute, I believe that it would make the exercises more effectively. Images and videos would have helped us to understand each exercise because some of them are unfamiliar to me. I think 14 minutes of different activities will not help us improve any part of the body because we are only doing for one time and in a short amount of time.

I really liked doing this session because I feel that it helped me to improve my strength and not my stamina. I think that the warmup was too much and it did affect the main session. I say that the warmup was too much because we did some warm up with Mr Wassim and for me it was enough because consisted of exercises that really helped in our digestion and stretching our body.

I think that instead of doing an activity for 5 minutes, they could divide each activity by reps and sets. I think that this would have been more effective, for example push ups (3 sets of 30 reps) like this I believe that it would give us more motivation to do it. I also liked the way they divided their exercises, they focused in different parts of the body and we did different exercise in order to straighten the muscle then we would move to another activity and muscles.

The cool down needs a lot of improvements.

This session was very soft. This session consisted of a small range of exercises and small repetitions of the exercises. The session plan did not include many details and it did not specificate some of the exercises. I suggest that images or videos should be included in their session plan, because there are different manners to practice a exercise. For example we have different ways to do sit-ups, so it would be better if you showed us what you wanted us to do it. The warm-up also needs to be improved and should contain more exercises in order to make us prepared to the main session. I think that they also could specify what kind of leg and arms stretch they are expecting and for how many seconds or minutes they expect us to do it. For me this exercise was really good, because until know all the session we have done, has been intense or too much. This session it was softer and for me it helped the body to rest. Without resting our stamina and strength does not improve and remember that having always intense exercises won’t help us to grow our muscles.

specifically the aim of the session plan along with structure of the session plan divided into Warm up, Main body and Conclusion.

This session was calm and not very tiring. The exercises were easy to do. The way the session is planned and organized is good. Some parts of the session, it could have provided cool down exercises. I think not adding a picture was a right thing because by now everyone should know how each of the exercise should look like.

The exercises in this session were not that much which made it easier for me to perform. I really like the fact that there was time after every exercise to rest or drink water. They also chose easy and known exercises so I did not have to go and search for any of the exercises. Overall, I really liked their session since it wasn't too hectic

The sessions were not so tiring, I found this session easy to do because I wasn't exhausted doing this exercise. I found squats and push ups a bit challenging because it required more energy and that was tiring. I feel these exercises were beneficial for muscles strength, abdomen and lower back. I feel the sessions were quite helpful because it helped me a lot in balancing myself when doing particular exercises which was good. The session was very clear to understand.

This session was simple which allowed me to do more reps and sets during the various exercises' also enjoyed it due to I motivated and pushed myself to do more until i could not continue .

This session was not so tiring, but it had a lof of sit ups and pushups to perform which made it difficult at the end. The cooldown, where stretching was mentioned, they didn't specify the stretches which made it confusing. The rest of the session went very well and I enjoyed it.

The session wasn't hectic in fact was more effective. The session plan was structured well. However, your aim or goal of the session plan wasn't clear much.

This session plan was intense, and it was organized very well.

Personally the activities given did not help me relax my muscles or avoid pain. Perhaps they could give specific cool down exercises according to the exercises they gave it to us. And for what we did in school it was too short and I did not feel my body relaxed.

Just wanted to thank you for a great session - it was kind of challenging but its good that its challnging. The wave of this session was hard, also due to the fact that I didnt come prepared. Something I should look into when training in the next session. This session included lots of breaks for us to re;lax our muscles and focus up for the upcoming exercises. It really motivated me to change my approach to challenging exercises and physcial states. I can honestly say that putting those exercoses will put me in the position to practice them more a home, or outdoor training. It made me feel more confident.
