Right now, I really like the older grade because they start to have a mind of their own and you can have more intellectual conversations with them. I love K-2. There is just the sweetest spirit about them. They have this mentality that their teacher is their hero. They look up to you and want to make you proud. They have such a fierce desire to learn. Personally this is something I feel like the older grades lack.

I was able to work at a school and be an instructor, and that age was my favorite! The kids are old enough to do what they are asked, young enough to still be cute, and every single one wants to be your best friend. I love that age group!
