1. I re-enrolled to Barnsley College.

2. It developed my communication skills, as i got used to the idea of talking to people and did not feel nervous or awkward.

3. I gave my full attention and focus to what the person had to say.

1. Making new friends at Barnsley college.

2. It developed my communication skills because I wasn’t scared of opening up to new people and sharing our ideas together.

3. The thing I did well was talking and engaging with each other properly and going to eat together, to talk about things in general.

2. It developed my teamwork skills, as I worked with my partner and we had to go around campus in order to find answer the questions.

3. Although I developed my teamwork skills, my communication skills were not so great at my partner in my group kept wondering off, as we didn't talk to each other.

2. We did this because we wanted finish as quickly as possible, in order to get a prize.

3. To improve next time, we could listen to what each other has to say and work out a solution to our problem to get an answer and it would be much quicker.

I’m in the RAF cadets and we did a leadership task.

1. So, the task we had to do was we had to make a chair out of plastic toys and put them together in a certain amount of time. A member of staff had to test the chair out, to see if it was strong enough and stable enough for the staff to sit on.

2. This developed my communication skills as when we were building the chair, we spoke clearly to each other and each person in the group had a certain task as there was one leader, who told everyone what they had to do in order to complete the task.

3. The thing that went well was that we had clear and straight communication and it was not a difficult task to complete, as we all worked together as a team to finish it before the time ran out.

4. The thing that our team could have improved on is that we could have been a bit quicker gathering all of the toys together, to build the chair much quicker and we would have had more time to see if the chair was stable enough.

The task at college was to complete a mission by Derren.

1. To complete this mission, Derren was telling us to do stupid tasks and as soon as we had done the task, she told us to do it over and over again.

2. This mission developed my communication skills, because as Derren was telling us to do the task over and over again, we just did it because Derren was telling us to do it as she was the teacher in that task and was seen as a leader.

3. The thing that went well in that task was that the people in that mission, went and did the task and got it right the first time.

4. The thing that we could improve on as a class is that we could have done it with some enthusiasm, and looked like we wanted to do the task and wanted to be there.

I had to complete my air rifle shooting at RAF air cadets.

1. So, the task was that a few cadets and me got the chance to shoot a scorpion gun for the first time. But, before we could shoot the gun we needed to be trained and get taught how to handle and use a gun properly.

2. This developed my communication skills, as the member of staff engaged and spoke clearly and showed us how to use the gun. I communicated by listening to what the member of staff said and spoke to them back to say that I understood what the instructions were in order to shoot the scorpion.

3. What went well was that I listened to what the member of staff had to say and that I took charge and remembered the steps of how to use the gun and kept practicing in order to improve my skills on the gun.

4. The thing that I could improve on is that I should have tried to ask more questions and be more involved with the people around me and engaged with them.

I did leadership task at the RAF Air cadets.
The task was that me and Air cadets had to build a chair out of plastic blocks and pieces. The group chose a team leader for this task and, I had got picked to be in charge.
When we had started the task, the staff there had given us a time limit, which was 10 minutes to get the chair built.
When we completed the task, the chair was built. The staff came round to inspect our chair and one member of staff wanted to check to see if the chair was stable and they sat on it, and the chair didn't break. Me and the group felt like we worked as a team, and that we did well communicating.

In Tom Green's lesson, we had got split into groups and we had to hold each other's hands and try and untangle ourselves.
When we were in groups holding hands, Tom had put a time limit and he said we could start.
Once the timer started, our group tried to communicate in the best way possible and everyone had clear instructions on where they had to place their hands.
We had a few minutes left on the timer, and we had all done it and we had all untangled our hands.

I volunteer at Air cadets.
At Air cadets, I go to things such as poppy selling, but I also volunteer in naafi at my sqn.
This can have a positive impact on society in the future, as it can provide a natural sense of accomplishment. But, it can also give me a sense of pride and dignity.

I have attended multiple talks at college.
The talks I have attended at college is the crime and justice talk in the big red building at college. I have also attended the IOPC talk and it was also a practical task.
This can have an impact on society moving forward, as it gives people more of an understanding of different job roles in society. It also, helps people gain trust for those organizations as they know they are going to protect them. It will also keep them in mind of what they are doing.
