What:  I got to know all the beaches near Cartagena.

Where: Cartagena, Bolívar

When: Vacation june of 2021

How: My wife and I went on vacation to Cartagena and it was the first time we saw the beach.

THE GENERAL IDEA
We were surprised because we entered a beach that was empty but when we entered the sea there were some sea urchins that when we walked they felt all over the beach. The experience was terrifying because we did not know where to walk and we thought about all the animals that we could find in the sea.

One day, we decided to make our dream come true and planned a trip to the city of Cartagena, we started researching about the best beaches this city has and finally we chose a beautiful tropical beach with crystal clear waters and swaying palm trees in Playa Blanca on the island of Baru.

The day of our trip arrived, Daniela and I packed our suitcase a week in advance because we were very anxious to see the beach, we took a cab to take us to El Dorado airport, we had to wait because we arrived with plenty of time to spare.

The flight was quite calm, we took many pictures on the plane, we wanted to have many memories of our first visit to Cartagena. Finally we arrived at the Rafael Nuñez airport, and took a cab to the beach, when we got out of the vehicle and approached the shore, we felt an indescribable emotion. The sun was shining in the sky, and the sea breeze was caressing our faces.

We took off our shoes and walked slowly to the sand. Our feet sank into the softness of the beach as we held hands. Then, we ventured into the water, and the gentle waves surrounded us. We laughed and jumped on the waves as if we were children, enjoying every moment together.

That day we spent exploring the beach, building sand castles and enjoying every moment of this beautiful landscape. As the sun set over the horizon, my wife and I sat on the sand to enjoy the view of the ocean. We had found a special corner of the world.

As we watched the sunset, we realized that this day at the beach had been a very special gift. We had known the beauty and serenity of the sea together, created beautiful memories that we would treasure forever. The beach became a magical place where our love blossomed even more, and we promised to return whenever we could, to relive the magic of this day when we met the beach for the first time.

Without realizing it, time passed and the night came, tired and excited we took our luggage and went in search of the hotel where we had booked to spend our days in this great adventure.
