         <description><![CDATA[<div>European and Asian Commerce:&nbsp; Portuguese, Spain, Dutch , french and British began to trade with Asia. Cities in Europe began to become trade centers and used silver and other metals in order to trade with Asia. they also tried to take over the Indian ocean with their loads of silver.&nbsp;<br>Portuguese Empire of Commerce:&nbsp; the Portuguese had strong naval warfare and technology. they had trading bases all over the Indian Ocean . they were the dominate players until they were forced out by Asians and Europeans.&nbsp;<br>Spain and the Philippines: Spain established the Philippine Islands and made the locals pay in taxes and labor. they also brought Jesus and made a new capital called Manila. The Filipinos began to Revolt after the fact. &nbsp;<br>The East India Companies:&nbsp; the British and Dutch were both rising powers that took over many islands in the Indian Ocean. <br>Asian Commerce:&nbsp;Europe's influence is less known to Asian side of the world and Asia was so big they were not a treat at all. rejected Jesus in many places. </div>]]></description>

It inspired by liberal and radical ideas, the Revolution profoundly altered the course of modern history, triggering the global decline of theocracies and absolute monarchies while replacing them with republics and democracies.<br>the Russian rev- series of revolutions in 1917 by the Bolsheviks that overthrew the czar and established the rule of communism and Vladimir Lenin<br>Tokugawa Japan- Meii Restoration- 1603-1868 <br>power shifted from imperial palace in Kyoto to various Shoguns <br>Military government established by Tokygawa Ieyasu<br>Taping and boxer Rebellions- The rebellion began under the leadership of Hong Xiuquan who announced that he had received visions in which he learned that he was the younger brother of Jesus, he believed that he was and chosen by God to establish a heavenly kingdom upon earth and replace the corrupt Manchu Qing dynasty.<br>Tanzanian Ottoman Empire Reformations- the timing of reform announcements coincided with crises: the 1839 edict came when the Ottomans needed European help against Muḥammad ʿAlī, the 1856 edict when the Ottomans needed European acceptance in the wake of the Crimean War (1853-56), and the 1876 constitution when European pressure for reforms was mounting.<br>Latin America independence movements-  The Latin American Wars of Independence were the revolutions that took place during the late 18th and early 19th centuries and resulted in the creation of a number of independent countries in Latin America.<br>Feminist Movement- a movement where women declared that they wanted equal rights just like men had<br><br></div>]]></description>
