I want to start off by saying that your presentation is amazing!!! Definitely should be used as an exemplar in the future!!!
In regards to your project, I really love the reflection component. This is such an important step to include in order for the students to really process these skills we're helping them develop. I also love the name "Success Tracker"! It just has such a positive connotation to it, I think it would encourage students to use it and take it more seriously.

Hey Victoria, amazing work, well done!!!
I also love the success tracker for the exact same reasons Katharine does. Your plan is well planned, and you did not leave much room for discussion :-). great job on creating both a teacher tracker and a student one. I find from personal experience that the teacher tracker works really well, and also keeps the teachers "honest" as well when it comes to monitoring a student's behavior
I did want to ask you something though, I believe I have the identical twin of your student in my class, and wanted your opinion. How would you approach the student if he told you he had no interest in continuing the intervention?
