         <description><![CDATA[<p>Nicaragua is known to be the largest country in central America. Nicaragua is bordered by Honduras and Costa Rica with a population of 6.851 million people. The main language they speak is Spanish. Nicaragua is the land of lakes and volcanoes and is also home to Bosawás Biosphere Reserve, the second-largest rainforest of the Americas. It is also one of the poorest countries in Latin America. They are proud of their country’s multiethnic population, rich cultural traditions and diverse ecosystems</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>In Nicaragua, religious holidays are very common.The Main holidays in Nicaragua is Maundy Thursday known as the Holy Thursday,it is on the Thursday before Easter. The Thursday marks the night of the last supper told in the Bible. Good Friday is a Christian holiday that is reflected on forgiveness. They also celebrate the independence of Nicaragua. One of the biggest holidays in Nicaragua is La Purisum. The celebration goes on for a total of 9 days that begins on November 29th It is the celebration of the Immaculate Conception of Mary.          <description><![CDATA[<p> Nicaraguan traditions are so full of tradition and happiness. Nicaraguans love  their folklore dances and music. One of the biggest celebrations is La Purísima, honoring the Virgin Mary with songs, prayers, and fireworks. They have amazing foods such as Gallo Pinto, Desayuno Nica, Nacatamales, Quesillo, Indio Viejo, and many more. January 6 is a day to celebrate the wise men.          <description><![CDATA[<p>America and Nicaragua share very different traditions. Catholicism is the same. Nicaragua has a higher inflation rate than America. Nicaraguans and Americans do share some holidays such as Christmas, Easter and Labor Day. The cost of living in America is way higher then Nicaragua. Both Nicaragua and America have a presidential system.
