         <description><![CDATA[<div>although both of these wars were devastating and involved Athens there are some major differences. for one the Peloponnesian war was an in house dispute between two Greek city states, and the war only effected Greek citizens. the P war was an international dispute and effected most of Europe at the time. the major similarity however is that Athens found a way to piss of major world powers and it ended in a great war.</div>]]></description>
