I first attended Head Start which was a pre-school, they encouraged parents participation by when we were having recitals or little parties the parents would help contribute. Also when we would have show and tells. In elementary I attended Loren Miller and my family was way more involved. My family as well would contribute on family dances and attend field tripes. I would feel bad for the children who's parents did not participate I can tell it would make them feel left out.
