The Thoth's Egyptian name was Djheuty which means " He who is like Ibis." The Thoth was born from the lips of Ra. Thoth was know for the "god without a mother." Thoth is also closely associated with Ra and the concept of divine order and justice.

Mummification

The Thots mummification was made in 650 and 250 B.C.E. For mummification to work you have to cover the body with salt for 70 days. After the 40 days are over you stuff the body with linen or sand to give the body a more human shape. After the 70 days wrap the body from head to toe in bandages. then place the body in a sarcophagus .( A box like a coffin).

The Anubis was known for the god of mummification and afterlife. The fourth deity was called Bastet. The Bastet was known for being the godess of protection, pleasure, and the bringer of good health.
