Choosing a job can be a daunting task in today’s world. The abundance of options and the fast paced nature of modern society makes it very challenging to find the right profession.
First off, we are presented with an overwhelming amount of options, which leads to people feeling lost in the pursuit of their dream job. A great example comes from my personal experience with this topic, as when I was looking into universities to apple to after college, I wasn’t able to come to one or even a few options as there were just too many to choose from.
Another reason why someone might find it hard to choose a profession, can be the ever evolving job market, in which new professions constantly pop up, and old ones disappear at an even faster rate. A food example for that, is the story of one of my Ukrainian friends. When he was 16, he decided to go to a college based on microchip building and general computer engineering, and by the time he finished college, this type of profession almost fully disappeared, as 80%% of microchips and computers in the industry are now built automatically by bots.
In conclusion, despite the fact that nowadays we have an endless amount of professions to choose from, it feels like it is harder than ever to actually find a stable job that you are happy with.

Choosing a profession is a difficult decision that will influence your future in all possible ways so we need to choose the right one. We must think and analyse all the for and against arguments.

In this situation we can encounter many challenges and obstacles.
One of them can be the multitude and variety of ideas, activities and areas. There are many areas where you would like to go but you can't decide which of them you like the most. For example I like mathematics and psychology and, before I decided to apply to college, I was very puzzled and couldn't choose one of them.
Another one is the world development and modernization. Hence, many professions appear and others disappear, forcing us to be more flexible to this changes and to find something new and to requalify. Moreover, along with professions, appear and a lot of new technologies that replace the workers. An example can be the drones that, after people started using them, “replaced” the cameraman who was registering videos from helicopter and it's pilot.
In conclusion I can say that it is unimportant what profession we choose, but it is crucial to like it and to know how to earn money from this activity. Also we need to be ready to restart our life in case we get bored with our job, because the world is changing daily.

Choosing a profession has always been a complicated task, and in today’s world, the process has became even more challenging. The modern world offers numerous career options and it’s easy to get overwhelmed by the number of choices you are provided with.
One of the most significant challenges when choosing a profession nowadays is the competition. There are numerous people, looking for a job, just like us, making it challenging for us to secure a job
The cost of education and training is another obstacle when trying to get a profession. Many professions require extensive education and training, which is expensive and unaffordable for a big part of students around the world. This puts a financial burden on the majority of students and their families, making it harder to pursue certain careers.
Lastly, another issue with todays job-market is the issue of work-life balance. Many jobs require long hours and, therefore produce high level of stress.
In conclusion, choosing a profession nowadays is a complex task. The competition for the jobs, the cost of education and training, the work-life balance are only 3 of the many issues we can face when choosing a job nowadays. Therefore, it is essential to prepare for these challenges and even consider seeking help.

I am a person that is in love with math, logics and rationning, and because of that I prefer working with numbers like being an accountant or a programmer. I faced a lot of challenges when choosing one of them, and I still couldn’t do it.
One of the challenges is the payment of course, because this fact will influence my future considerably, and the point is that both professions are well paid.
Another challenge is the quantity of information that I have to learn for becoming a good worker in this or that profession, because both are professions which have a big base of information that I have to know for working in each profession.
On the other hand another challenge is my interest, because I am a person who is getting bored quickly if I don’t have any new things to do. And both professions are interesting and diverse.
Fourthly, for me it’s important the working environment, because this professions have different working environments. Being an accountant means being all the time in contact with the other people, but being a programmer means working approximately all the time by yourself, and you can bear the responsibility yourself.
Fifthly, I am influenced by the place where I work, too, because an accountant is already working in an office, but a programmer can work from everywhere, even from another country.
In conclusion, choosing a profession is not an easy deal, and this choice is influenced by a lot of factors, like personal lifestyle and personality, but we have to analize carefully all the factors and make the right choice, so that subsequently we would not regret it.

As humans grow, the challenges are multiplying and are becoming more harshly for people. A child that was dreaming of becoming an astronaut is now searching desperately for the most inhuman income. What has stopped people from becoming wealthy the ones they saw themselves in future?
First of all, maturity hits hard. As you become older, more and more obstacles close the path you once believed of. Financial situations are the main problem, because everything costs money, so the education does. You can’t prepare for work properly if you don’t detain the knowledge and the experience that is needed.
Second of all, a lot depends on your own personality. Although you may have the money you need, people don’t have the ambition or the belief they need, in addition to that, they just wave their hand thinking “Oh, that’s just some childish dreams”.
The last one I will talk about but not the least important is the environment you live in. You may have money and a strong will, but if the surrounding world stops you, it will be impossible to achieve something, for example the government, family, friends, etc.
All things considered, people should step over the challenges and face them proudly, as it makes them stronger. Chase your dreams and fulfil your heart with happiness and joy.

Choosing a profession in the present times can be a challenging task due to several factors
Firstly the constant evolving job market is a significant challenge. New technologies and advancement are rapidly changing the job market, making it difficult for the seekers to identify the right fit for them.
Secondly, a long hiring process in regards to any job sometimes makes people lose out on many other job opportunities that they might have considered. This is not only time-consuming but also requires a lot of energy and can lead to a burn out.
Lastly, it feels like there is too much competition and even though putting out fullest effort, that’s why people with specialized skills and experience are more likely to land a job, leaving many others struggling to secure employment.
In conclusion, choosing the right career that you want to follow to help you get ahead in life is an important step in life. This is a big decision that you need to consider and it is sometimes hard to know which one is right for your needs.

What are the challenges of choosing a profession nowadays?

Nowadays we have many possibilities of choosing a good profession that we like. However, while doing it, we face a lot of challenges.
Firstly, it needs to pay a good salary, and we need to like that, because if you don’t, we will not manage to be promoted for this job. It needs to be helpful to people because in this way you faster grow for this job. The job must be interesting, because if it is, you are more productive and will find yourself reaching your goals .Also you must have ,,job-friends,, there , they make your day more interesting. The profession must have a good salary for future. For some people money is the indicator of well being and the reception of all the blessings of live. For others it is a means of survival. But everyone spends money every day on what he needs. I think money is necessary for a comfortable life. You will work at this job every day till your life will end so it must bring some happiness to you. Also it needs to bring experience in the professional field and in life in different ways.
In conclusion the right profession will bring you happiness energy and money. We must choose our own path. Someone will understand what they really like at 12 years old and someone only at 30 years old, but that’s it, everyone has his own destiny.

Choosing a profession nowadays is challenging because we must like it,it must be paid very well and properly,it needs to be helpful for the society.

Firstly,a challenge on this path, especially for this generation,is to find a well paid job.Young people often are looking for a profession that brings a financially carefree lifestyle, when a lunch in an extensive restaurant is a routine and having three to four vacantions per year doesn’t represent a problem anymore. Regardless of this requirements,in Moldova not many professions can ensure this comfort ,so,teenagers learn certain fields that 100% will bring them closer to their dream life ,like business ,economics and architecture. For exemple ,I am a student that chose her profession because it is a well paid one, in the future I will be able to travel a lot, even to build my own house and to create my family. In my opinion it was the right decision that will ensure me a bright future .
Additionally, another challenge is choosing a job that brings pleasure to our heart - a well-paid one and something we are good at. For example, my friend Ana, has a job at the coffee shop. Her heart is melting every time she gets a chance to make a customer’s coffee, she is good at this, her passion brings smiles and joy for everybody, but it’s not well paid, so she can barely pay her rent and provide for herself.
In conclusion ,choosing a profession is a hard decision, but it’s a key factor for your future or a path that will get you to prosperity or poverty. ,,Think 7 times and cut once,, it’s a great motto, showing the value that a choice can have.

While choosing our profession we encounter some challenges, for example the hatred of people, the pressure from the family members, being fully unaware about the wide range of jobs and more other barriers, which influence our choice of a profession, because everyone has different skills, abilities, different activities respectively we accomplish different achievements.
The most important challenge în choosing a profession is hatred of people, because nowadays hatred is frequintly seen în society. People are scornful with other people , respectively they chuck their profession. For example my uncle wanted to plant trees and generally to take care of natura, but the hatred of people stopped him. Another thing that mostly influences our choice a profession is the inability to work, because there are a multitude of psihologycal and physical diseases that influence and refrain them from doing a job they like. For example a girl with physical diseases doesn't succeed in accomplishing her dream to sing.
So, in conclusion I can say that there are a multitude of barriers, provocations, limits and difficulties, which stop us from accomplishing our dreams and our achievements. Challenges which apear în choosing a profession don't need to stop us but need to motivate and encourage us to follow our dreams, and participate în different activities which positively influence our development.

After the 9th grade, we students have to make a choice that is going to decide our fate. I think it’s even a battle, because everyone has a “dream” job and by that I mean a job that people would choose if money didn’t matter, at least that’s what I imagine a “dream” job should be and the second option is the job that would be a well-paid and stable one. That’s the first challenge and also the most important one that we need to overcome.
So, what would a “dream” job represent?
For instance, I dream to become an artist, but nowadays being an artist is very hard, so any kind of artist needs to be very lucky and very talented of course. Unfortunately in our country there are not many opportunities for artists to flourish, so it’s kind of unreal to become a well-paid artist.
To illustrate better what challenges you can face while choosing a profession, I’m going to give a real example that I have encountered. In school I was obsessed with biology, so I had set my mind to go to a medicine college, but when I found out that there are many years of studying and after that a period of internship, I realized that it is impossible to study medicine and also provide for myself because there is a lot of work and dedication.
Moreover, the university fees are really high and you need constantly a source of income, but it is impossible to work and study at the same time because the programme is really difficult and it takes up all your free time. So with that said , money is another challenge you can face and the reason I’m highlighting this issue is because parents aren’t always going to provide for us, so we need to learn to be financially independent. But if you feel that you will not be able to withstand the pressure that you’re going to face in your future, it’s better to find a more convenient option.
All things considered, in my opinion it’s better to think about your abilities and specifically the financial part. But also let’s not forget that our desires are the most important in this aspect.

“When I grow up, I want to be a ______	.” Depending on who you are, filling in the blank above can be an exciting, troubling or outright confusing task. If you happen to be a kindergartner, filling in the blank is awesome, because at that age, dinosaur and superhero are both perfectly viable career options. If you happen to be in high school, filling in the blank can be motivating because it takes all your talents and interests and captures them in a single goal that you can pursue through high school and past graduation day. If you happen to be an adult, filling in the blank can be a little bit terrifying because that could mean you’re now a grown-up and here you are, still secretly looking for ideas. Choosing a career path is a big deal. Even if you don’t consider yourself career-driven, your choice of vocation will inevitably influence your lifestyle. Income is only part of the equation—your career also has the ability to determine where you end up living, who you end up meeting, and the activities you end up having time for. So why is it so challenging to choose the right career? Firstly, careers can’t be prescribed. Did you ever have to take one of those career aptitude tests in school or online? However, it takes more than an online personality test to figure out your ideal career. We often expect our perfect career to be prescriptive, as though there’s a single perfect job for each individual combination of skills. The truth is that the link between your abilities and the career that’s right for you is a lot more complex and nuanced. The same set of skills and interests e.g., a steady hand and a love of art, science and technology can be suitable for completely different career paths e.g., a digital artist or a neurosurgeon. Career aptitude tests can help generate some job ideas, but don’t let a simple quiz have the final say.
Secondly, because of career choice overload. It’s not often that we look back on medieval times with nostalgia and envy as career choice was certainly a simpler process. Mainly because there were fewer career paths and, in many cases, the choice would be made for you! Today, there are hundreds of thousands of different occupations to choose from, and more are being created every day to keep up with new demands and technologies. There are many lucrative career fields today that did not even exist 15 years ago. And when you do finally make a decision, doubt starts to creep in. What if you had gone with that other option? In the context of choosing a career, the fear of missed opportunity can be overwhelming.
Moreover “Occupationism” is everywhere“ Occupationism” is a relatively new term used to describe an age-old concept: discriminating against someone based on their career. Even if you don’t judge others based on their field of work, you may have had conversations with friends or family who use job titles as a criterion for how successful or educated someone is, e.g. doctors and lawyers seem to be mostly stereotyped in these situations. So, you feel the need to choose a job based on its prestige, not on your genuine interest in it. On the surface, a job prestige seems to be linked to money, success and purpose—but when you really think about it, it is possible to achieve all three of those in any given field. Lastly, it’s easier to be passive. Choosing a career is not something we see a lot of because most career choices are made “by default.” Let us think about our after-school activities, high school options, and even our college major, all those choices resulted from a combination of pressure from our parents, influence from our friends, pursuits not based on our interests at the time.
All these just illustrate that carving out our career path is important, and that each decision deserves our thought and energy. Finding our dream career is challenging on its own, and only made more difficult by others’ expectations and our own biases. We have to be mindful of our goals—any job that helps us achieve them is a basis for success and remember that interests
