         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Ajiaco</strong></div><div><strong>&nbsp;</strong></div><div>Ingredients:</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>3 chicken breasts with the skin removed</div><div>3 cobs of corn cut into pieces</div><div>Salt and Pepper</div><div>2 chicken bouillon cubes&nbsp;</div><div>3 green onions</div><div>2 garlic cloves minced</div><div>3 tablespoons of sliced cilantro</div><div>700g of papa criolla</div><div>700g of white potato peeled and sliced</div><div>700g of red potato peeled and sliced</div><div>½ cup of guascas</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Process</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>In a large pot place, the chicken, corn, chicken bouillon, cilantro, green onions garlic and salt and pepper then add water until the ingredients are covered and cooked until it boils. Next reduce the heat to medium and cook for another 35 minutes until the chicken is cooked and tender after that remove the chicken breasts and set aside for later.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Continue cooking the corn for 15 minutes then discard the green onions and add the potatoes and the guascas keep cooking with the lid on, until the potatoes dissolved then season with salt and pepper</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Finally take the chicken breasts and cut them into small chunks then add them to the pot.</div>]]></description>
