This is a characteristic I would like to develop further this year especially with starting my online studies while in full time employment . I find it really easy to get stuck into my learning, but I struggle to switch off completely when taking a break. I hope to develop this further by developing a routine for my work/ life balance to get the best out of learning.

This is something I would like to develop as I am still learning how to manage my time between work, family commitments and finding some time to myself. I find it easy to get carried away with hard working and I dislike leaving something unfinished until another day as I feel like I need to complete it there and then. But this is something I am going to be learning this academic year, finding the best time to learn and manage my time evenly and giving myself some time for rest. I feel it is important to have quiet time and find the best routine to ensure I am giving 100% into my work and getting the best out of the work I can.

This is one of the characteristics I would like to develop further this year because I find it a struggle to get into the learning when I find time to fit it into my schedule. With the course being online, I am finding that I need to find different ways to break things up, either by writing notes in different coloured pens or using canva or word to help with the link to assessments, which is helping me focus and retain information.

It is easy for me to lose focus sometimes when something isn't sinking in. Honing on the above quote and finding ways to help will give me what I need to successfully pass the course.

I am finding that listening to playlists or podcasts are helping me in getting into a focused mindset. It also helps me get immersed in the tasks when I re-read over them so I can fully understand what is expected out of the sessions. But I would definitely like to develop this in much more depth so I can get the most of out my learning.

I would like to build confidence in this area so I can reach for help when I need it and therefore better my studies.

1) "not being afraid to ask stupid or naive questions" i used to struggle with work or hope that someone else would ask the question as i was too nervous. but if you don't ask , you will never know . i used to sit in the background and not speak out and it was my learning journey it effected . so now i ask questions and speak out if i'm unsure.
