I would not be too scared about that, because schools are required to have computer labs, so at least they will have computers. I've worked in three school districts, and never have had a problem with students having some access to technology. Some it was just a computer lab, while now I am in a 1:1 classroom wihere students bring home their school issued chromebooks. However, even when students do not have access to their own computers, you generally would at least have a few in a classroom. Set up stations for students to use them and try to make the activities as useful as possible.

While there may not be enough funding for the school to equip each student with a computer, most classrooms will have at least one that the students can use. The library is another source for computers for the students to learn.
