         <description><![CDATA[<p>班上有一位學生小明經常在課堂上干擾其他同學。陳老師初期曾嘗試引導，但在教學壓力與班級秩序考量下，耐心逐漸磨點。她開始習慣以大聲斥責來處理小明的行為，並多次警告：「如果你再這樣，我只能聯絡家長，甚至報請學務處處理！」然而，這種高壓方式讓小明變本加厲，甚至出現故意挑釁的行為。</p><p>有一次，小明與同學發生肢體衝突，陳老師因疲於應付，僅以「聯絡家長」的方式交辦，未能深入了解衝突起因。小明的家長後來向學校反應：「老師每次聯絡都只告訴我們孩子的問題，我們感覺很無助，卻聽不到解決的建議。」陳老師則無奈表示：「我已經用盡各種方式勸誡，但他就是聽不進去，只能請家長配合，但這種方式顯然無法天天奏效。」</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>教室裡，患有妥瑞症的小明忍不住又發出了幾聲清喉嚨的聲音。</p><p>丙老師在趕進度的壓力下，眉頭深鎖地放下粉筆，對著全班說：「那位『怪聲製造機』能不能控制一下？全班的進度都被你拖累了。」小明瞬間漲紅了臉，把頭埋得低低的，恨不得自己消失。</p><p>不只小明，學習反應較慢的小華也常讓老師感到挫折。每次小華答錯問題，老師就語帶諷刺地說：「這麼簡單也不會？我看你不是不用心，是腦袋『沒帶出門』吧？」</p><p>在丙老師的班級，學生的特殊特質與學習落後，成了老師抒發挫折感的出口。教室裡瀰漫著不安，其他學生噤若寒蟬，深怕一個不小心，自己就成了下一個被公開檢視的對象。</p>]]></description>
