Including a close up shot of the phone, during the part of the story when the girls are attempting to call a taxi. And when the girls are in Melissa's car and driving home from the pub, there is an over-shoulder shot of the girls in the front of the car. This kind of shot is very effective when it comes to this type of documentary, because when this shot is used multiple times during the documentary, it shows the girls before the accident it also shows how fast the car is going just before the accident.
Even during the shots of Melissa telling the story there are different types of shots used, especially a close up of her eyes as she still tells the story, with the dialogue of Melissa playing over this shot. The video and the story is aimed at all genders, since the topic of this video is about drink driving it has a wider target audience to make more people aware. There is no law in what genders can drive so there would be no specific target audience based on Gender or ethnicity.
