1. What is the spirituality of our ministry?

Old guard, brought up with a very different spirituality, its between God and I. Needs help to change.  Small groups cliqueing sharing common worldly interests.

Sometimes we may be very friendly within our ministry, to the exclusion of others around. Need to be aware of those around and ne more inclusive.

Observed some growth. Meetings are not just business as usual. But includes sharing of our God encounters.


2. Is there a structure in the ministry to help the members to grow in spirituality?

Fr has setup a good structure. With bible sharing and prayer. Combined ministry meeting helps.

3. How can the ministry help youvto grow spiritually?

Not yet.  
When something is organised, will we give priority to the ministry’s activities 
How do we create more accountability with one another

Hold prayer sessions
Faith sharing, create a bond within community
Sharing of what we learned

1) Different members of the ministry are at different phases of our spiritual growth.

2) Yes, we have a structure before the combined ministry. We often have gospel readings and reflections, presentations of various topics by a few ministry members and more reflections.

3) Peer pressure so we do not slack-off.
Formulate road map for our spiritual growth?
Plan various types of events to help our growth.

As EMHC, prayer is important but we don’t pray as a ministry. It’s a scattered worship and more of a private worship for individuals.

Q2. No existing structure during Covid so we don’t grow spiritually as a ministry. Pre Covid, there was a structure but didn’t quite help us to grow spiritually. 

Q3. Leverage on the strength of ministry members to teach eg Theology. Adopt mindset to be ready to share testimonies whenever possible.

2) yes.. we hold the body of Christ and we give the body of Christ to our brothers and sisters in th most sacred way. Not of my own merit but due to the position that God has given. Believe in the Eucharist and through the Euchrist , we bring love and jesus to others.. that includes homebound as we bring joy to the person. 

3) Bible study ，Eucharist explained, small group - prayer, fasting and alms giving. To go into deeper journey with each other, given we are such a large group. The sharing of faith, life experiences/challenges can be deeper and embolden our faith.
