  • Mandekroppen: større følsomhed og mindre krat 
  • Man skabte mere en karakteristik af personerne 
  • Der var lethed i tingene og elegance i figurkompositioner og stillings motiverne
  • Anvendt flere farver, hvidt, blåt og guld
  • Vaserne fik et mere rent dekorativt udseende og indhold end tidliger 
  • Større interesse for personlige ejendele og udstyr i husene bevirkede, at folk mere interesserede sig for lar af sølv og guld end for den gammeldags keramik
