2. ("food safety") AND ("Food and Drug Administration")
3. Yes - and many I could download as PDF files.
4. I limited my search to Peer Reviewed Journals published between Jan 1, 2007 and Jan 31, 2017 with the Subject, "Public Health". My search now returned 15 results.
5. I love Expanded Academic ASAP's visual Topic Finder.  It gives me a visual of possible related topics I can explore.
